Maybe I have a different point of view but...hollywood does that all the time. Someone who's married will play a character with the exact same name as their real one. On TV they would be single instead. Or maybe they would be married, but their real life wife wouldn't be playing the wife, or they would use a different character name altogether.

Of course, the actor playing his or her self does have the right to say "I'm not comfortable with this". But generally, if the PV-story Jay Boaz is married, it doesn't mean it has to be someone with the same name as the actual Mrs. Boaz.
