That's partially why Faite knows she can't entirely abandon her post. Especially now that all these baddies are coming out of the woodwork to try and take over the Parodyverse.

The only reason she's trying *now* is because she knows the sheer number of incidence of attempted takeovers of the universe forces all those baddies to compete with each other, which diminishes their individual threat. So she has a nice lull of decent balance where she can try something she's always wanted to.





Chiaki has been very insistent to Liu Xi especially about that philosophy. She really doesn't want to see something more powerful than her to come along. Someone with full command of the elements who can rearrange planets and living creatures at will.

Faite already wholeheartedly embraces the thought - nobody except maybe the Hooded Hood knows what she's really capable of. And Faite is so secretive about it, she might not be all that powerful at all, it might be all reputation - nobody knows for sure, and that's how she likes it.
