Reply Subj: We haven't had a good hot tub story since Sersi left.

    Until now, that is...

It seemed a natural happening given the powers and personalities present and Flapjack being half a planet away.

Sally, like myself, is an alumnus of the University of Michigan (which we never refer to as Michigan University.) Finally I have someone to watch college football with. (I note she must have been significantly better at Organic Chemistry than I was though.)

I'm try and remember to do a correction. So what are alumni called? And does this mean that Vizh is also a U Michigan alumnus?

Fun Interaction in the hot tub (although that's usually the case with hot tubs). Nice to see the tension bubbling but not quite spilling over into action. It will be interesting to see how well those two watch each other's backs. I do feel for poor Lui Xi though. Neat trick she did with the element reading, by the way...

I'm trying to showcase the range of people's abilities and natures.

I know it was brought up in the last chapter, but does Vizh really know all of the nasty details about who Citizen Z actually is? Did Alcheman have to tell Vizh his identity as well, or was that only because of the trouble CZ (Beth) had caused in the past?

We'll revisit this, but right now Vizh knows CZ is Beth Shellett, Commissioner Graham's daughter; he doesn't know she's comatose.

    Quote:
The less I have to know about what happened at that Ninja headquarters, the better. That goes for before as well as during the Shaggoth's raid.

Noted. Where the hell is Kirk anyway this week? Or Jay for that matter?

So the hot tub isn't coed, eh? Well, I guess the story at least picked the right half of the cast to go for a dip.

You'll have to wait for the CSFB! version of the story, along with cheap 70s synth music.

I'm enjoying the camping trip so far, and probably would keep enjoying it even if those monsters never show up.

You'll have to wait for it but we'll get you some nasties eventually. Mostly I'm saving them for the next issue.
