The only small advantage to Faite becoming part of the group is that she sees *through* everything. It's not a special power, just a few millennia of seeing plans unfold and how they work. That might make her a de-facto leader from time to time if she's the only one who knows what's really going on. Her extreme patience bordering on apathy might annoy Kerry quite a bit, though.

She also has built-in protection from becoming the go-to for everything, because all of that experience means she often doesn't see dangerous things as a threat because she's looking at a bigger picture. She has to learn how to protect friends (and make them, too).





I actually think Vesp meeting and talking to Lara Night might be inspiring to her. Lara is free-spirited, authority rejecting, mischievous pirate type of personality, yet very civilized. Vesp has probably never quite seen anyone like that before, and it might be inspiring to just how far her own freedom can reach.





Chiaki would subscribe to same school of thought Superman does in these cases: Give the person every chance, but be ready to stop them if necessary.
