Never really thought about it but how I've personally defined Ham-Boy's powers I'm not sure he could "make" Meatloaf with his powers. Not even sure he could make the meat to put into a Meatloaf with his powers. The meat in the meatloaf is not processed enough to be available to Ham-Boy. Not even sure about Ham-Bpy's cooking ability.

Even as I wrote the "meatloaf" line, I thought to myself, "Ham-Boy can only do natural meats, so he can't do meatloaf, which is mixed with filler". Then I thought "But meatloaf sounds funnier than any other word I could use here." Then I thought, "And FA doesn't really pay attention to how HB's powers work, and she's speaking, so that's okay."

Then I thought, "L! is definitely going to comment on this anyway. Should I put in a footnote to clarify HB's powers or is that too much like explaining the joke (in this case more like detailing a minor nuance of character perspective)? Best leave it un-noted because it's a while since I had anything to chat with L! about."

No, really, all this went through me head in the 2 seconds before I tyrped the next sentence.

So, to clarify:
1. HB can't do meatloaf.
2. FA doesn't know that.

But as I said tangential comments on a throw away line. I do look forward to what else you post.

I'm just about to get back to Part 3 next. The current storyline deliberately doesn't feature any poster characters. #356 definitely does.

Not sure if I'll get something out this december. It would be appropriate since I'm trying to get the cast of Chad & Ronnie to a Chrismahannaqwanza celebration. Maybe next year \:\)

There's a difficult balance between "writing when inspirations strikes" and "writing as a discipline" isn't there? I struggle with it all the time. In fact I sometimes manage to overcome my reluctance with a mental bargain like, "Hey, Watson, if you write project X today you don't have to write project Y today. Deal?" It works more than you'd expect.

Yes, when I'm being tough on myself I revert to the surname-based dialogue of my schoolmasters.
