I admit when Braun killed CSFB! I wondered if the Hood would be retconning him back to life. I wonder if Dream can be killed in his current form now; I'd think that maybe if you killed him without destroying his body like that (say with a bullet to the head or heart) if he'd stay dead, or if he'd just resurrect himself anyway. From a dramatic standpoint I kind of hope he still can be killed somehow, otherwise you end up with Wolverine.

There's a subplot here that I should perhaps make more explicit - and will as story and time allow. Ever since CSFB! died during the Parody War and came back as a being of impossibiliyium there's been a problem. There's an inbalance in Chaos. Where the new CrazySugarFreakHero! should have arisen Dream came back. The system is broken.

Considering that Dream is proud of his CrazySugar-lineage, I could see him being bothered by breaking the line of succession.

I don't think he has really worked out what he's done yet.

I felt really bad for Icy; he's a pretty genuine kinda snow-guy, so inadvertently killing that guy is going to scar him for quite awhile I'd think.

That seems to have touched a nerve with a few readers; but really if you're taking an innocent snowman on combat missions what is likely to happen sooner or later?

    Quote:
It doesn't bother me at all; all characters on the Legion get put the ringer at some point, and this is Icy's first real touch with the real world of superheroing. It's not all Hostess Fruit Pies and cute little orphans.

It's also an illustration that not everybody is cut out to work at the LL's level.

With all the gory violence in this section, I have to wonder if that wet t-shirt you solicited will be wet with blood.

Wonder away; but actually it's the good kind of wet t-shirt. You folks tend to forget all the stories I do where people don't get massacred.

    Quote:
Well sure, if you don't count aliens as people.

Many Caphans survived. Some Pigeonwariors survived. Some Plxtragarians survived. There's some ex-patriot Shee-Yar in Badripoor's Alien Quarter. Even the dead Shee-Yar are still getting guest appearances. I don't know what you're complainng about.
