I'm going to have to email support again, I have some stuff unrelated to connections to talk to them about anyway (VPN access to the server, for one, so I can maintain it from my iPhone).
Meanwhile, see if you can contact your ISP and tell them you're experiencing delays and connection losses to mangacool.com and see if they can do something from their end. Somehow in the middle the problem might just be cleared up that way.
