Very close. Visionary was once made Chronicler of Stories (the middle one of the Triumverate) for 24 hours. As is supposed to happen with Major Office Holders who retire from their roles, Vizh remembers none of the secrets or other information that he did when he had that responsibility; but he remembers how to read this text. It's a residual imprint from his old job.
