Reply Subj: By my maths, if the Hooded Hood Chronicles you wrote ages ago are also one volume then we're one volume short...

Who can say?

This was a very intense story in some ways as it focuses very much on the nature of the Hooded Hood and the ending is just ever so slightly worrying, or maybe I should forget the slightly. I have never wanted the Hood to acheive his goals less.

It's time people remembered that the Hooded Hood isn't nice.

And Clockwatcher looks to be in a worrying position too, I don't know what he was expecting when he agreed to work for the Hood but it probably wasn't this. You also made reference to how the Librarian once catalogued the Hood's library, I don't know if this is a relevant plot point or just background story but I can't recall ever reading a story about what happened to him in that time.

I don't think we've ever focussed a story on it, although several things have been referenced. I suspect mostly it was a lot of filing.

Thankyou for writing another brilliant story.

It was quite an easy win for me since so much of it was already written. I am quite pleased that the framing sequence almost made something like a coherent story out of it.
