It's always the paperwork that gets you. Kiivan needs to get himself a good assistant to file most of that away. Or maybe some kind of Caphan document-eating goat.

In any event, it's clear that things won't all be parties and cultural misunderstanding hijinks. It's clear that there are some hard lessons to be learned. Hopefully by the conspirators. A few whomps from Gaz and Vaahir should do wonders for their education...
