Quote: I've just been updating my archive at the HH Homepage. You might be surprised by your output.Maybe. There is really is no stories for 2014 or 2015. No, I've combined all the stories from 2013-15 in one quite small folder. I'd love to see that folder when your done. Quote: Chad & Ronnie would not exist without the frequent e-mail conversations I had with Scott Bryan (ag, creator of Amazing Guy among other things). Chad & Ronnie are/were a very loose interpretation of Me & Scott. As Me & Scott started to move further and further away from each other it made it a bit harder to write the stories. By the time Catherine was introduced, I had little contact with Scott.I haven't heard from him in a while either. I hope he's doing well. He seems to be doing all right. We are "friends" on Facebook. Quote: ...you do write now with added depth and scope, so I can see why your old characters present challenges.Thanks. I was moving away from them but do think they serve to have a conclusion. Partly due to fact the stories have been going that way for sometime. I still really like that end point & feel that it would be a nice capper for the series. It would be an open ending but an ending none the less. There's a lot to be said for a good last episode. I think we sometimes judge a whole series by its conclusion. Unpopular endings (c.f. Lost or How I Met Your Mother) sometimes taint the whole run in retrospect. Great endings elevate the whole run. Not sure the ending will elevate the whole C&R run. It does hopefully answer at least 1 or 2 questions. Quote: For my money, De Brown Streak set the bar on the PVB for finishing off a character. He gave us a brilliant run of stories (with guest-writers too) and a cracking finale, tidied up all his subplots and took a bow. Shame that the poster left too, but he did say his goodbyes and went off on a high note. Someone else I haven't heard from in years. It's one of the last "great" unfinished story ideas I have & I just can't leave it alone. Just not really sure how to get to that end point is my problem. | |||||||
