She doesn't plan on taking on Vendredi at all, really.

Chiaki may be brave and clever, but she's not stupid. She would like to keep her distance from someone who's as much psychotic killer as businessman. She's an expert in negotiation - it's impossible to negotiate with someone who believes they can just massacre anyone who doesn't accept his terms.
