The moat logical place for her to be is back with the time-and-space wandering Destiny Carnival, which means she might now have recovered her powers (or got new ones) and be plotting a rematch.

If you really want to trach this down, though, my quick search suggests that Bambi's last appearances were in Hatman's Abandoned Legion #2 - 4 (2010), and was somehow mentioned in UT#348. Before that she was in Saving the Future #12 and Alcheman #26.3
