I had the idea of having Chad & Ronnie just randomly showing up somewhere & have a short story with them. But where to have it? I had established that C&R had left Parodipolis some time ago so the city was not the right location. So, I started to think about all possible that the story could be & I decided on a location I thought was distinctly Parodyversian. That is why the story is set in a cornfield.
