Tom Black teaming up with Boss Deadeyes against Mayor Klein and the Lynchpin? It's fitting and presents fun possibilities. I see you're also aiming to establish the Necromancer General as a credible threat, after some of his comic appearances in the past. This works.
I have no idea how you'll tie all these threads together.

I suspect that at the moment I'll need to remind people that the Fat Man could also be a significant and credible threat.
