I think the suit looks really good. Kinda plasticy, but all superhero movie costumes do in still shots, so I'm not worried about that at all.


I do wonder if this one might be a fake, but it still looks cool.

Hard to judge by these two shots, since as you say they're designed to look good in the film, not in random snapshots. (I'm always amazed when I get to see real movie props by how cheap and crappy they often look in person.)

The name of the armor at the bottom escapes me at the moment, but that's one where I actually didn't need to see it quite so defined, anatomy-wise. I think the bulkiness of it in the comics is a big part of what makes it look cool and intimidating. Sculpted muscles get you right back into "power rangers" territory if you're not careful.

For that matter, I wouldn't have minded seeing a simpler design on Thor either, but what's there doesn't look bad. I'll wait and see how it all comes together... Either way, I'm looking forward to it.
