For Hemlock, the character started with the sketch and then the story kind of worked in around the ideas that sparked...

With Agent Garrick, the story definitely came first...

I'd add them both to the story, but that would take more HTML time, and besides, this way I can fish for more responses.

Hemlock looks a bit like if the Na'vi were out of the sun too long and raided the Marines' compound.
