For those in need of a footnote, Visionary attacked Garrick during a parade after Mr. Garrick made an ill-advised comment about Vizh's late girlfriend, the mutant Pricilla Dubois. This led to the Regular's court-ordered psychiatric counseling sessions with Ms. Pfeffercorn.
