From the "outside", all Liu Xi did was shuffle around a couple of seemingly unimportant buildings like some giant Sodoku puzzle. The only direct trouble that might cause to the universe is with the Postal Service and individual gawkers who happen to notice.

It may be up to Faite to reconcile the universe's sense of order vs Liu Xi's small brand of chaos, since she's always been an aberration in the Parodyverse even when it was normal. She can make small changes to reality so the universe believes it's supposed to be that way, as long as the Moderator doesn't question it directly (which is different from a retcon, where everyone believes it's always been that way).

That's why the small footprint is necessary - if she would have moved a wing of the Lair Mansion he surely would have noticed right away. The Psychic Samurai's condo not being in the right place, though...unless he goes to look at it personally, he'd probably chalk it up to his minions being idiots.

Also that brings up another interesting topic. If nobody remembers the Carnifax being there before but he's there now, Faite may be to blame somehow.
