... Colin Baker. Tom Baker was the Fourth Doctor, and he wore the long, multicolored scarf.

All of the Doctors wore unique outfits. Even the Ninth Doctor's all-black outfit of a leather jacket and jeans stood out, since he never bothered to change his attire to fit into the fashions of various time periods.

Possibly. As she has been for a while, April is struggling to reconcile her (currently on-hiatus) calling as a superhero with a life as a "civilian" that's been far more enjoyable, rewarding and (arguably) productive toward the goals that led her to become a superhero in the first place.
