But if word of her relationship with Dream and April has circulated as broadly as Ian and Mike have hinted at in their stories, I suspect that Vizh might feel slightly awkward trying to interact with her at all. \:\)

> As I mentioned before, I think the poetic descriptions were very inventive and apt... the decision to make it into actual poetry was a good way to go.

Ian was the one who suggested breaking the single-character description segments into free verse, which I liked, because it further differentiated them from the scenes involving multiple characters.
The (over)use of metaphor came about because I wanted to convey the intimacy of shared sexual moments between these three, but I didn't want it to degenerate into porn fanfic of my own characters, or even into hackneyed romance novel pseudonyms for the same.

> Bettie obviously cares for both of them, and finds her way of fitting in there quite well. I'm not sure how large that bed is, so it might be a tight fit... er... Scratch that. You could interpret that last bit far too many ways.

She kind of feels like she's been down this road before - the fact that she harbors no illusions about a relationship with Dream lasting forever is telling, I think - but to steal the words of one of the characters who inspired her creation, she's decided that some things are worth getting her heart broken for. Again.
And I imagine that at least one of Dream's beds is deliberately modeled after those honeymoon suite-style round beds, complete with multicolored lava laps surrounding it.

> Good stuff!

Thank you. \:\)
