We haven't given up on fixing the connection refused errors on the server. Ã‚Â It's just more complicated than we thought - every time we think we got it, it comes back again.

Meanwhile, when the server is particularly crabby I've been rebooting it because that improves the situation for a while.

Eventually we'll figure it out.
