The iPad text editing is set for iOS 5.0, which allow rich text editing in the web browser. Because I posted in rich text mode, it automatically selects the same for replies. So either upgrade your iPad to iOS 5 9 (it's not that difficult, connect it to iTunes and click Upgrade) or click the tiny link above the text area that says "HTML Text" to turn off rich text. You can also turn it off permanently from your profile, but where's the fun in that?

I have a special iPad app in development for this board software but...with only a couple people here and maybe a half dozen more at Comicboards, I haven't really given it much priority.
