It's the least I could do for an old pal. Not sure when I'll have the time to read it, but to be honest I just downloaded this Kindle-for-PC thing for the sole purpose of purchasing this off you.

I had thought about doing some epubs for a buck, myself, but the trick is actually sitting down and writing them first.
