Something between the "just painted on" ones he has in his solo movie and the "stand up like Batman's ears" ones he has in the comics. It looks like he has large, embossed-style ones on the sides of his mask, raised up like the star on his chest. Could be wrong, however.

It's not my preference, but it's another step in the right direction.

As for Scarlet, she's maybe not terribly convincing as a Russian agent with a hard edge, but I have no complaints about looking at her in skin-tight outfits for a film.
