Subj: I can't say that what I saw here increased my desire to see the film.

... Is that Ryan Reynolds seems to be acting exactly like Ryan Reynolds always does, which would have been awesome for a Wally West Flash movie, and will be awesome for the Deadpool movie, but which really doesn't fit a Hal Jordan Green Lantern movie. I like Reynolds, and I could have even bought off on him as Kyle Rayner, but for Hal Jordan, you need more of a Nathan Fillion, because Hal's really not the smart-alecky type, at all.

I'm nowhere near the people screaming that it's going to suck, though... I still think it could turn out to be a blast. Hopefully the full trailer might have a hook in it that increases my interest levels.

Ryan Reynolds does certainly play Ryan Reynolds. Personally, I like some humor in my superhero flicks, and Ive hardly ever read anything with Hal Jordan, so it doesn't bother me too much.

I'm still more excited to see real trailers for Thor and Cap though.
