I will say this It's better then the Super Hero Squad show & the old '90's Avengers cartoon (which I kind of liked but knew it was bad). While the art style doesn't do much for me, it's perfectly serviceable. Not quite stylized enough to feel like its own thing, but by the same token not pushed so far as to look weird to me. It's interesting to me that they are so faithful to some characters (including ones with very odd looks) and yet got very inventive with a handful of others. (Wasp especially, with not only her completely new outfit but her distinctively unrealistic hair.) Good lord, was that previous Avengers cartoon an eyesore. I have no idea what they were thinking with the art direction on that project. | |||||||
