By the way, I've not ignored your long e-mail about the last chapter. I can't edit that chapter any more but I do intend to consolidate the three bits I posted into one final version for the archive, so I may try and address some of the bits you felt were inaccurate when I do that. I had the choice today of doing that or writing a new chapter and I decided to go with the new stuff today.
