At large, and currently still secretly serving as Visionary's therapist Ms. Pfeffercorn. Many of the records of her incarceration were destroyed (possibly through the intervention of the Hooded Hood, who used her on one of his Purveyor teams, or possibly through her own efforts and the attempts to cover up the Obedience Branding scandal), so nobody knows her real identity any longer, although she's still a known criminal in her Prankstar guise. As Ms. Pfeffercorn, she has worked as a Liaison between Herringcarp Asylum and the Police, when Dr. Valium has conveniently gone missing.





She was inmate #6279 of Herringcarp Asylum for the criminally insane. She also probably did time in some sort of prison with the Vermillion Vex, judging by her cryptic comments. She was Obedience Branded by Exemplary during her incarceration allowing for Dr. Valium to test the technology as a treatment, and ordered to "be sane". It didn't last.






I wish I could tell you... It was in one of shrike's stories and I can't recall enough of the context to find it. It was a little side bit, where shrike realized that Shep had a secret ID, and erroneously associated her with the bubbly, trouble-making acrobatic clowngirl without openly stating it.
