As much as I point out that Lara has teleportational abilities, she really can only teleport stuff she can either see or knows is there. Probably she could explore the place first and find the explosives or hostages and pull them out of there, but depending on the size of the place, it could take a while. Anna, on the other hand, can find all of the triggers instantly if they're remote because they're using radio frequency.
