The gov. likely has some questions about him that might raise red flags, but I think they'd be comfortable dealing with him over most other choices. Aegis may be the least "controllable" government agent. Apart from originating in another US he's also got some absolute morals. He'd be dangerous on a team with Visionary, though, as he'd tend to back Vizh's play over any formal chain of command.
