> The govts should know, yeah. They're the ones whose job it is to determine threats to national security and how to approach dealing with them, with input from the heroes of course.

A refreshing view. I may need to go back and add a Glory scene to part 4.

> > Who makes the call about Danny's future? Hatty? LL vote? SPUD? The UN?
> The UN? Hahahhahaha!

You know they'd want a resolution.

> The federal court system seems the best avenue to dispense justice.

The US courts? That'll play well in China and Russia and India and Germany and Japan.

> > Is Danny allowed to wake up and speak in his own defence?
> If there's some way to negate his powers. Of course, if his powers could be removed, there probably wouldn't be a need to kill him

These removals haven't always proved to be permanent, of course.

> > Who explains all this to Kerry, and how? Who pays for the damage afterwards?
> Visionary

That seems to be the universal consensus.

> > What if the Chronicler seeks to sanction Danny? Will the LL defend him?
> Probably

Noted.

> > What if the Chronicler seeks to remove the Nexus from Earth, leaving Earth vulnerable to dying in sub-plots, robbing it of its destiny? Would the LL battle to stop the Chronicler?
> I don't see much heroism in the Legion fighting to make sure their world is the center of the universe. That's a bit too meta for me.

Noted.

> I do find it interesting that the responses we've seen have been very authoritarian and ani-democratic. The Legion is becoming more and more crypto-fascist with each passing day....

Elitist is the world I'd have used.
