> > The problem with most of these bad guy types (not for the heroes, but for themselves) is arrogance. If someone like Keiko, or even Lara, would take over reality they'd expect resistance, and try to plan for it, rather than say "oh there won't be any resistance, this is a perfect plan."

> I see Koo as more of a masterstroke type than a contingencies type. Once he's remade the world he's got minions to deal with the little stuff. Is that a weakness? Yes, but perfect adversaries are both boring and impossible to beat.

That depends. Sometimes a "good guy" doing something like that is even more difficult, because then the heroes really have to think about what side they want to take, and how much they're willing to hurt someone who was on their side before.
For instance what would the Lair Legion do it Liu Xi Xian successfully uses the Fairly Great Old Ones to enslave and control the Parodyverse? They don't want to just beat her up and kill her. And she's smart enough to beat them at their own game, which also makes it harder if they don't want to use full force.
Another situation that would be tough is former alliances. Like what if the Caphans "grow up", and then the regime changes again, and they attack Earth? Things like that.
