> Rarely do I unintentionally break bad dating news to people first thing in the morning over in the lighthouse.

I didn't think you did it on purpose.

> Considering the 5 hour time difference between the East Coast and Hawaii, I'm guessing they either had a really long breakfast or are pretty late risers. Still, you can't help but be jealous of people who can pop off to a sunny beach to kill a few hours.

Originally that scene was supposed to happen a few hours later. I changed one thing but didn't change the other, when I removed a scene I didn't want anymore.

> Dancer has a point about spreading our casts out more, and Liu Xi certainly has an up on just about everyone in that regard. She could set up a home anywhere on Earth (or beyond) and still have regular visits with the rest of the cast. I think that would be a fun thing to explore.

Probably. Though Lara doesn't actually live there (she just visits), and Chiaki has her own apartment she'll go back to eventually. Liu Xi has trouble moving because she can't really pay rent anywhere at the moment. Anna can't legally rent anywhere.

Yuki did have an apartment but it was exploded at some point and she never got around to getting another one.
