The reforms were made, so the IOL is back in business. However, the Lunar Public Library is still independent; it just has a full set of the IOL grand archive of its own. Dr Blargelsarch is chairman of the Friends of the Lunar Public Library, the local governing board.

I can't recall if I've established it in continuity, but yes she does. She's also got about six months to live.
