I was just answering Jason's survey a bit more honestly than I tend to be. Of course, the survey seemed a bit mean-spirited to those who don't post every day and reply to all the stories, but I have a lot of shit on my plate and things fall by the wayside.

A community constantly proclaiming its own demise does not feel particularly inviting, and I feel like the continuity of the stories is too thick for me to get particularly active again.

Also, I miss the feeling of camaraderie and all the random non-story posts and utter ridiculousness we used to have. Then again, most of my old poster-buddies don't post anymore, and if I want to talk to them, I can on instant messenger. The old community still exists, it just isn't on the board.

That was hardly bullshit. I could show you some real bullshit if you wanted. Frankly, I'm aghast that I come to show faith and support in this place and I get treated as the goddamn enemy. Jesus Christ, Mike.
