My thinking behind the package is that they would be Uni-Bomber type packages. So, the mission would be kamikaze which would mean the sender would never have to pay up.

Thanks. This isn't the first time Catherine's grandfather has come up but this is the first time he's been talked about at any really length.
Also, I have to "File" on Catherine which has a bunch of background on her that had yet to be worked into a story. I mention a few of the things here.
