Alas, I can't offer any suggestions. My ISP - Demon - offers
Web Hosting Professional" at £20 per month (1GB space, 100GB Transfers/mth; Perl, PHP, Microsoft FrontPages, ChiliSoft ASP, MySQL database and SSL capability included), but that may be more than you want to pay, and you probably don't want a UK provider.
