I gave up the mangacool.com domain. The prices for keeping domains has gradually gone up to about $17 a year, so having 12 of them was getting expensive. I let go about half of them (most of them you probably don't know about).

I don't know why IE8 with Java disabled would fail to open those pages, unless instead of stripping out Java it just dies if any Javascript is included. If that's the reason, it's going to be really hard to fix. If it's something coincidental involving https links, try switching them back to http - I turned off the https redirect for now.
