Some of the smarter companies are looking the other way when their shows come on YouTube thanks to fans. It only helps to build the fan base. Of course, winning more fans to the Avengers helps a variety of other Avengers related projects and merchandise. I suppose if your only product is the show itself, then it's more understandable that you'd chase free versions of it off the web.
