I haven't seen it on the shelves anywhere - I got it on special order from my local bookshop.

The shipping costs are just too insane for ordering through Amazon to Australia, sadly. though it's all a frame of mind, maybe i'll just do it if nothing else works and then convince IW to somehow sign my copy to make it worth it. $\:D$
