My own experiences trying to navigate D.C. were only slightly less traumatic than Fitz's. I actually did end up lost and reviewing the map while in the Pentagon's parking lot. It's a really, really big parking lot. To sum up the experience of driving in D.C., I lived within 30 minutes of the city for 6 years and only ever took my car there that one time. Quote: Grand stuff. I was struck, however, with how much Vizh has moved on from his early days. Like your writing, he's matured and fermented and he's a more confident, more secure, and more structured. The humour's still there but it's woven with emotional and philosophical strands too. It makes a potent brew. It's frightening to think that Vizh was in his 20's when this all started so long ago. I think it was inevitable that he'd wise up somewhat over the years. | |||||||
