Quote: Quote: Lo-Chi's detailed in the footnotes, but the short answer is she was an alien who disguised herself and married Jarvis to manipulate him into dooming the Parodyverse and whom he died to stop. She was a recurring villain in the early Parodyverse but got sidelined along with her whole race, the Nebulous, at the time the Hooded Hood first conquered the Parodyverse (a while after poster-Jarvis had departed and In felt his cast had reached their retire-by date).Quote: Ok so the name might be Tibetan and not Chinese, but maybe the syllables are similar enough that Liu Xi would understand what it means. Or it could be a complete misunderstanding.I don't know where Jarvis got the name Lo-Chi from. There's a wealth of weidliterature about Shangri-La, the Ascended Masters, the tenth planet Nibaru etc. but I suspect Jarv just liked the sound of the name. Of course, Lo-Chi and her Shangri-La people were influencial on the Tibetan culture, which has always been different from and often inimical to the Chinese culture. | |||||||
