Now Chiaki can tell the difference between psychotic evil gangsters trying to destroy everyone else, and those primarily trying to make money (for whom destroying others is incidental). Generally Chiaki will avoid the psychotic ones completely. Boss Deadeyes seems to have some semblance of intelligence and negotiating ability, so she would treat him accordingly. | |||||||
