Reply Subj: It's a good day in prison when no one gets shived with a sharpened spoon....

Not that I'd be terribly upset if it had happened to the warden...

I expect we'll need to feature him again at some point.

Well, the ultimate escape was through a much more pleasant route than the one in "The Shawshank Redemption", so that's a plus. I'm also glad things didn't progress to a shower scene, which is actually a new reaction to a female prison yarn. So this one turned some expectations on their heads.

See my comments to Shrike below about balance, taste etc.

Some great action scenes in here, with three entertaining characters bouncing off of each other and the prison population. Nice to see the MLF has a pretty solid moral code... I'm glad he was there for Sally's sake in multiple ways.

He's really there to occupy that rebel/protestor niche that Josh took up so well, so while he's the very first to question authority or the establishment he's also the first to stand up against unfairness or oppression even if it's going to get him pounded to a smear.

I think he's got something to add to the Juniors.

And somebody is going to have to do something about that warden. I have trouble believing that Sally and MLF are the first prisoners to be thrown to the wolves undeservedly.

He'll need sorting eventually, for sure. Right now I'm still laying out a bunch of problems on the table, for the short and long term.

A really fun chapter! Do we still have some member revelations to go?

There's two more sections to go with two more members.
