Icy's technically cold but not blooded, but in the sense we use the term I think he''s anything but cold-blooded; otherwise his response to his accidentalm contribution to the death of someone trying to kill him wouldn't have been so intense. As for Dream's power-creep I get to work with what I'm given; but I also get to write in consequences. Right now I think both CSFB! and Liu Xi are due some trouble for their power-ups.
