Quote: An interesting sojurn into the Shee-Yar palace. From your description of the monsters I thought they might be Apocalyspian War Hounds, but odds are Emmazon and Company would have recognized them. It seems they do have a mystical master though: could one of the Dead Hell Lords be returning? Or maybe even worse: the Chain Knight? He was Death for a while, as I recall. Quite a surprise revelation at the end as well. Poor Liu Xi. I won't say poor Exu because he was kind of a knob. It's a whodunnit alright. We've seen the villain before and it's not the Necromancer General (a poster suggested that Bogdan wasn't a very dangerous occult threat so I'm trying to up my game). Some of the clues are there, albeit rather arcane ones. Quote: The stuff in the Center of the Universe was fun too. I noticed besides evil violin players, the heroes had to face Agents and Critics as well. Anything metatextual going on there?Only in that I'm trying to logically extrapolate what other sanity-mangling but still Parodyversian stuff might happen there. Lovecraft described blind galaxy-sized Azathoth lulled in his sleep by madly cavorting pipers; the Parodyverse tends to distort even elder gods through its unusual lens. I don't actually have an agent and the only real critics I hear from these days post at the PVB! Quote: Looking forward to the next part.I didn't write it today so there may be a delay. | |||||||
