Quote: Quote: I'm very anti-heirarchy in things like this. I'm pro a mutual respect and collegiate responsibility.Quote: Maybe I'm on probation or something.Quite likely. Quote: Quote: I actually did that story once, in "The Night Hell's Bathroom Burned". As I recall a number of Jay's friends got very miffed.Quote: Either I don't remember, or I wasn't here yet. You've just forgotten. You replied to the story at http://www.chillwater.org.uk/HH/hhstories/untold%20tales%20of%20ll%20209.htm and noted there was tie-in potential. Quote: Vicky is pretty smart. With her partner, she's even smarter. There's a story somewhere about how law and order works differently on different sides of the river. In GMY the various ganglords, politicians, and business lords have an uneasy alliance over territories where crime is rampant. The police, courts, and media are all corrupt. In Paradopolis there's a working police force that targets the more unsavoury criminal elements and a rather smarter senior underworld that usually maintains an acceptable truce with the cops - for now. The Paradopolis cops and robbers are more likely to work together against GMY than either would be to work with their GMY counterparts. The only real exception just now is that Boss Deadeyes has established some kind of understanding and mutual respect with the Paradopolitans. he hasn't got the reach into Paradopolis or nationally that the Lynchpin once had, however; he's really only interested in GMY. | |||||||
