I really liked the scene with Vespiir and Fashion Accessory. Samantha is going to be a great friend to Vespiir I think, and having her join the Juniors is a great idea.

She adds another distinctive flavour to the interactions. Nobody else could have her dialogue or elicit her reactions. That's what I look for in a Junior.

One more member to go. No point guessing who, as he or she has never previously appeared.

I admit to being curious how Sally is going to join the team when every law enforcement agency is going to be coming after her; I worry CSFB! is going to offer her some kind of LL blanket protection that will make all of the politicians even madder.

You may be right to worry.

I'm glad the feud between Nats and G-Eyed was touched upon here; I was trying to remember why Nats has such a mad-on for him.

If you go back and read those stories you'll see it got quite tense. G-Eyed actually got to the point of firing Nats.

I was also glad to see the actual press conference; in the past CSFB! press conferences are often left to our imaginations, so I was hoping that wouldn't be the case here. He is his mothers son; I thought she was going to interject and maybe try to bring a little more order to the conference, but she defends her little boy no matter what I guess.

I've got 1500 words of e-mail from Kirk outlining how he felt his characters would react at a press conference - and he's also planning a tie-in.

Yesterday I was going through the Lair Legion VS cards I made a few years ago, so I recognized the newest teaser immediately by the pose. I won't say who it is so as not to spoil it for everyone else (unless they've figured it out of course).

I've covered most if not all of the newbies so now I'm working on the oldies.

I'll be gone the rest of the week at the Manitoba Winter Games, so if you post the next chapter while I'm away I'll get to it upon my return home Saturday or Sunday.

I think I'll be taking a break from posting stories until the weekend. Posters need to be able to catch up and to tie-in if they wish, and I need a breather, having turned out 25,000 words of UT in nine days, equivalent to roughly 40% of the last novel I wrote.
