Al B. Harper - Leader
CSFB! - Field Leader
I'd like to see what happens if Al were to take control of the team; I imagine his priorities would be a little different than any of the other leaders we've had in the past. When it comes time for combat though, while Al holds his own, I think CSFB! would be a great choice to lead the field team.
Silicone Sally - She's not evil, she's just been misguided. The LL could help her put her feet firmly on the right path.
Goldeneyed - Team veteran with a very effective powerset
Trickshot - AG said we could use him, and every great superteam needs an arrogant archer.
Yuki - Rebel with a heart of gold, or titanium, I'm not sure which.
Liu Xi - It's really only a formality at this point, she's been on more missions than some official members.
Manga Shoggoth - How else will the team solve X = Applesauce * Purple + Albatross?
Visionary - The heart and soul of the Lair Legion
Donar - Every team needs muscle
Citizen Z - Brings an air of mystery to the team.
Mr. Epitome & Glory - I miss them! But since they're unavailable, I think Alcheman is ready to make a shot at the big time.
The problem with so many great characters in the Parodyverse is narrowing the team down to 12...I had to leave out some great characters. Was going for a mix of old and new.

...but I couldn't imagine how I'd approach him doing it. He doesn't even seem to lead at EEE. Now, Muffy I could see leading... I just can't imagine the sequence of events that gets her there.
None of which is saying I wouldn't want to read a story written by someone else with Al as leader. I kind of want to see what everyone would be like as leader...
Anyway, I considered Mumphrey, because I love him on the team, but ultimately when stuck with only 12 I kept Hatty there on the grounds that having him do the job while depowered was an interesting change in itself. And I gave him a bunch of associate teams/staff in a second post to oversee/coordinate with to make him suffer... all in the name of compelling drama, you understand.
